With nearly two decades of hands-on carpentry experience across British Columbia, Che brings extensive practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, site conditions, HVAC systems, and radon/plumbing systems.
Che is an experienced Building Inspector and Red Seal carpenter with a strong foundation in building codes, construction practices, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. He has extensive knowledge navigating zoning regulations, municipal bylaws, and the BC Building Code. Which he uses to cut down on permitting times and detailed drawings to avoid costly oversights by planning with the build in mind
